The size range of Wichita Clutch air set or spring set brakes is from 6” (150mm) to 60” (1500mm) in diameter in 1, 2, 3 or 4 plate units. Also available are spring set air released brakes for fail-safe applications. Whether your requirements are through-shaft or end-shaft mounting, Wichita has the Brake to suit your application.

Twiflex offer the largest range of industrial disc brake calipers in the world.Our engineering experience enables us to specify optimum braking solutions from our comprehensive industrial disc brake product range. Each is selected according to the application requirements and is specified in conjunction with a recommended brake pad material.
The MU series of disc brakes is the smallest in the Twiflex range. It is designed for light duty stopping and hold applications. Pheumaticlly applied, spring applied, & machanically applied version are avalible.
The MS series disc brake are used with 12.7mm thick disc's. They maybe used with the majority of twiflex actuators.
The MR series of disc brake calipers are used with up to 25mm thick disc. They may be used with any of the Twiflex series actuators.
The MX series disc brake calipers use up to 40mm thick disc. They may be used with any Twiflex actuator and feature patented, compiant link mechanism to ensure uniform pad wear.
The GMR disc brake calipers are used with 25mm & 40mm thick disc, respectivly. They maybe used with a number of the Twiflex series of actuator.
The GMX series of calipers are similar to the MX rangecaliper, but offer a greater pad surface area.

IDS custom builds packaged brake water cooling systems designed to match brake horsepower dissipation requirments. Our rugged oilfield designs all come with redundant pumps and motors. IDS can offer two different type systems.The mos t common is the liquid to liquid plate type heat exchanger. We also offer a radiator style system with cooling fan to dissapate the heat. All IDS systems include our proprietary brake alarm system to monitor all cooling functions and warn of any unsafe conditions.
