IDS Quality Assurance Program

Integrated Drive Systems implements the following QA (quality assurance) measures to assure satisfactory products, performance, and delivery:

• Clearly Define the Specification
  IDS understands the importance of helping customers clearly define their requirements before each project begins.
• Clearly Define the Solution
  IDS will provide a clearly defined proposal describing the “fitness for purpose”, assuring that equipment will operate right the first time.
• Vendor Quality Assurance
  IDS maintains close relationships with a limited number of vendors and performs quality checks and performance reviews to help assure product quality and ontime delivery.
• Product Quality
  Quality control emphasizes testing of products to uncover defects, and reporting to management who make the decision to allow or deny the release, whereas quality assurance attempts to improve and stabilize production, and associated processes, to avoid, or at least minimize, issues that led to the defects in the first place.
